He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Fleenor; his children, Patrick Jason Chew (Sabrena) of North Vernon, Matthew Lee of Seymour, Elizabeth Holmes of North Vernon and Tina Morris (Darrell) of Austin; his sisters, Dorinda Tucker of Florida and Sue Speer of Florida; his grandchildren, Nate Chew, Tom Chew, Joseph Sawyer, Jacob Holmes, Brianna Holmes, Savannah Reed, Matthew Reed, Jaida Lee, Brandon Lee, Tequilla Lee, Austin Lee, Ryder Lee, Johnna Ivory, Desiree Williams, Anastasia Williams, Kaitlyn Williams and Felicia Williams; and his great grandchildren, Nolan and Landon.
