With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Day of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Letcher, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John H. Day and Virginia Day (Back); his son Robert Day; and his granddaughter Kayley Day. He is survived by : his wife Linda Day of North Vernon; his children, Nathaniel Day (Cyndi) of North Vernon, Frank Day (Kim) of North Vernon, Daniel Day (Sheryl) of North Vernon, Ken Hannum of Hope and Sandra Lee (Wayne) of Jonesville; and his siblings, Joseph Day of Brownstown, Gary Day of Brownstown, Robert Day of West Liberty, Kentucky and Louise Gahs of Peru, IN. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
