He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Kenneth "Bud" Sharp and Vivian Dean Thomas. He is survived by: his parents, Ray Thomas of Owensboro, Kentucky and Estelle Sharp (Fulton); his children, Wayne Thomas of Owensboro, Kentucky, Scott Thomas of Owensboro, Kentucky, Taylor Wayt (Ryan) of Seymour and Savannah Wingler (Jeffrey) of North Vernon; and his aunt Ann Girton of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is also survived by several grandchildren; his mother's twin sister.
Memorials may be made in honor of Hughie through the funeral home for expenses.
