He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Horn (Tim) of Columbus; his stepdaughters, Marcia Green (Gary) of North Vernon and Darlene Horton (Tom) of North Vernon; his close friend Evelyn Shultz of North Vernon; his grandson Keith J. Horn of North Vernon; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Horn of North Vernon and Kaleb Horn of Butlerville. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
