Leonard H. Walston Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2026, at the age of 81, Leonard H. Walston in North Vernon, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley E. Walston and Addie L. Morris Walston; his wife Catherine Walston; his siblings, Bobby Walston and Ann Mullins; and his great grandchild Cole Marshall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Asay (Kevin) of Columbus, IN and Teresa Price of Inverness, FL; his grandchildren, Jessica Gilpin, Michael Asay (Misty) and David Owens; his great grandchildren, Lily, Skyler and Peyton; and his siblings, Melvin Walston of Manns Harbor, NC and Elaine Overton of Sneedville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1415 N Gate Rd, Madison, IN 47250).
