(Tracy) Davies; daughters: Denice Jane (Eric) Davies-Scott and Fay Ann McNicholas; son-in-law: Jeffrey McNicholas; sister: Oneda Fay Anderson; grandchildren: Zane (Payge) Scott, Andrea (Tyler Morgan) Scott, Micheal (Jessica) McNicholas, William "Billy" (Calli) McNicholas, Jeremiah (Rachel) McNicholas, Noah (Sierra) Davies, Kaitlyn (Tharan Gibson) Davies, Cody (Kayla) St John, Wyatt (Morgan) St John, and Randall Scott; great grandchildren: Harmony McNicholas, Austin McNicholas, Ana McNicholas, Calvin "CJ" McNicholas, Danny McNicholas, Jameson McNicholas, Ricky Joe Davies, Easton St John, and Gracelynn St John.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (525 Hayden Pike, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).

Memorials may be made in honor of Martha through the funeral home to The Gideons International.
