He is survived by: his daughter Tehona "Tia" Neal (William Waltermire) of North Vernon; his godson Rodney Calvert of North Vernon; his son Cyle Meyer of Commiskey; his stepdaughters, Lindsay Tinsley of Salem, Rachelle Hess of Mishawaka and Haley Howard of Butlerville; his close friend Cathy Howard of North Vernon; his siblings, Robert Combs (Amber) of North Vernon, Daniel Combs of North Vernon, Sheila Hurtado of Columbus, Shelly Yeager of Columbus and Sandra Hulsopple of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Daisy May Hornback of Paris Crossing, Brooklyn Adele Hornback of Paris Crossing, Halo Rayne Neal of Columbus, Neaveh Neal of North Vernon, Brian Waltermire of North Vernon, Michael Watermire of North Vernon, Nicholas Waltermire of North Vernon, Chadwick Waltermire of North Vernon, Quentin Waltermire of North Vernon, K. W. Waltermire of North Vernon and Brooke Waltermire of Commiskey; his nephew Joey Pennycuff (Abby) of Butlerville; and his close friend Joel Serrano of Ninevah.
