He is survived by: his cousins, Jeff Seeley and Gretchen; his siblings-in-law, Mike Alexander (Barb) of Madison, Indiana and Denise Grigsby (Ernie) of Madison, Indiana; his nephews, Derek, Brandon and Brian; and his caregivers, Rita Waltz, Larry, Carol Couchman, Jim, Jane Hamblen, Shelly Stearns and Katy Holly. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives; his friends and neighbors.
