He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Schafstall and Martha Losey Schafstall; his siblings, William Joseph Schafstall, Donald Lee Schafstall and Irene Carol Pearson; and his granddaughter Zoe Love.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Schafstall; and his children, William Lee Schafstall (Sara Bailey), Isaiah Thomas Schafstall (Amy) and Hazel Joslin (Larry).
