He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Lillian Mae Masters Heath; and his siblings, Teresa Moore, Carlotta Johnson, Brenda Bedel, Alan and Coy Heath.
He is survived by: his significant other James Baskerville of North Vernon; his daughter Samantha Stone (Shane) of Jeffersonville; his grandchildren, Alex, Isabella and Carter Stone; and his siblings, Dolly Brown of North Vernon, Michelle Heath of Columbus, Melinda Heath of North Vernon, Preston "Jake" Heath of Westport and Jeffrey Heath of North Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
