She is survived by : her daughter Ruthann Simmons; her sisters, Mary and Leona Hess; her grandchildren, Jessica Ault and Cody Clerkin; and her great grandchildren, Jazlin Foster and Jhett Ault.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
