He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Edwards and Lula Edwards (Chandler); his former wife Barb Edwards; and his daughters, Mary Ellen Wilson and Christine Alisse Edwards.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Edwards of North Webster; his daughter Joyce Elaine Staub (Steve) of Fishers; his son-in-law Greg Wilson (Sheila); his grandchildren, Sarah Cox (Nick), Joshua Wilson (Janae), Steven Staub (Megan) and Alec Staub; his great grandchildren, Logan, Graham and Nora; and his sisters, Betty VanMatre, Virginia Roland (Kenny) and Barbara Mills (John). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
