He was predeceased by: his parents, Julie Ousley and Owsley; his wife Virgine Shepherd; and his son Scott Ousley. He is survived by: his sons, Michale Ousley (Angie) of Leesburg and Mitch Ousley of Florida; and his siblings, Troy Ousley (Rhonda) of North Webster and Faye Shepherd of Pierceton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
