He is survived by: his wife Melodie; his children, Kathy Sindelar (Ron), Kevin Koher (Pat), Connie Sindelar, Kamilla Utter (Jerry) and David Slone; and his former wife Sandra Cooperrider. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
