He is survived by: his wife Eve; and his children, Steve of Indianapolis, Susan Gilchrist (Paul) of Indianapolis, Sherry Figura (Tom) of Indianapolis and Sandy Apotheker (Justin) of Denver, CO.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Phil requested donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
