He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bryant and Sarah Bryant (Byerly); his wife Colleen Colt; his son Steve Bryant; and his brothers, Max Wayne Bryant, G. Wendell Bryant and Charles Eugene Bryant.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Shipley of Leesburg, Stuart Bryant of Libertyville and Carmen Dougherty of Boggstown; and his grandchildren, David Shipley (Emily) of North Webster, Karen White of North Webster, Kelsey Ferrell (Andrew) of Frankfort, Jackie McBarnes (Craig) of La Quinta, Luke Dougherty (Jenna) of Boggstown, Claire Bryant of Los Angeles and Sam Bryant of Libertyville.
Donations in memory of Sherman may be given to the Lakeland Kiwanis Club, the North Winona Church of the Brethren, or the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District.
