He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Warner and Cristeen A. Warner; and his son Jason Warner. He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Warner Hackett; his nephew Robert Clift; and his nieces, Kim Headrick and Jennifer Thom. He is also survived by four great- nieces and a great-nephew.
