She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Joseph and Mary Ellen Foy; her husband Patrick; and her siblings, Teresa Pantony (Michael), Patrick Foy (Sally), Frank Foy (Clare) and Tom Foy.
She is survived by: her children, Marian Layo (Frank), Niall (Celeste) and Paula Voth (Tom); her grandchildren, Courtney Flashing (Steve), Kelly Wiley (Kevin), Robert, Ryan and Michael Voth; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Olivia Flashing and Addison Wiley; and her sister Eileen Ashe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Chicago in honor of Kathleen's memory.
