He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his parents, August Wojtas and Mary Wojtas; his children, Matthew Wojtas (Margaret Bucaro) and Jessica Figenholtz (Glenn); his grandchildren, Francesca, Zachary, Lucas Wojtas, Stella and Mara Figenholtz; his siblings, Theresa Wojtas (late Ajit), Barbara Faso (Sal), Robert Wojtas (Nancy), Lenard Wojtas and Bernard Wojtas (Margaret); and his mother-in-law Helen Banas (late Henry).
