He is survived by: his wife Janine Patel; his son Scott Falvey (Mary) of Griffith, IN; his stepdaughter Anneliese Hammer (Adam) of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, Adia Joy Falvey, Noah Andrew Falvey, Jonah Graham Falvey and Owen Hammer (Alan); his sisters, Joan Farr of Niles, MI and Patricia Calhoun of South Bend, IN.; and his former wife Nancy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
