It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth F. Goltz of Notre Dame, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 100, on April 21, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In bidding Ruth adieu, let us not mourn the silence that now fills the spaces Ruth once occupied, but rather celebrate the vibrant colors she painted upon the canvas of our lives. For while she may have departed from this earthly realm, her spirit remains a beacon of light, guiding us through the darkest of nights.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Chilow and Celia Chilow (Freides); her husband Herbert Goltz; and her sister Edith Weinstein. She is survived by : her daughters, Terry Zelvy (Jeff) of Mishawaka, Lynn Tasman (Maury) of Louisville, KY and Pamela Bottom (Daniel) of Philomath, OR; and her brother Philip Chilow (Rosalie) of Florida. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery (1001 W Jefferson Blvd, Mishawaka, IN 46545).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Temple Beth-El, the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph County, or to the Hospice Foundation.
