She is survived by: her children, Thomas Tavis, Therese Beckwith (Paul) and Tami Lange (Tom); her daughter-in-law Jane Gilbert; her grandchildren, Brian Lange, Kevin Lange, Lauren Lange Smith, Meriwether, Tasman Beckwith, Carlos and Crystal Trevino-Tavis; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Francesca, Nico Lange, Lana, Lee Tavis, Benjamin Lange, Olivia Sparky Smith, Molly Smith, Beatrice, Astrid Beckwith, Easton Tavis, Austyn Trevino-Tavis, Dazejah Claiborne, DaMari Claiborne and Devine Claiborne.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart University of Notre Dame Notre Dame, IN (101 Basilica Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556).
