Thomas H. Hultquist Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Hultquist in Notre Dame, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hultquist and Antoinette Hultquist (Abbate). He is survived by: his sister Mary Anne Bentley (Tom) of Uxbridge.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (77 Mendon St, Uxbridge, MA 01569).
