Ruth L. Morrison Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 21, 2025, at the age of 90, Ruth L. Morrison (Oakland City, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Fields and Mary Miller Fields (Montgomery); her daughter Leslie Ann; and her grandson Shawn McKannan. She is survived by: her husband Lester T. Morrison; and her children, Lucy, Peggy, Karla (Tony), Debbie, Ronnie (Patty), Angie (Damon) and Tina (Alan). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
