He is survived by : his mother Neva Barnard of Oakland City; his brother Kenneth Barnard; his son Gregory Barnard; his nephews, Evan Barnard and Charles Barnard III; his niece Eva Barnard Lisle; and his son Brett Barnard. He is also survived by mother of his two sons.
