He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Ray" Mullikin and May Mullikin (Bennett); his wife Beverly Mullikin; his daughter Tien S. May; and his sister Maureen Daughtery.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Mullikin (Karen); his brother Allen Mullikin; and his grandchildren, Heather, Megan, Chad, Steve and Erika. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
