She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ziegler and Flora Catherine Ziegler (Jones); her husband Richard Callahan; her daughters, Vivian Cochrane, Vera Freed and Rachel Archer; and her brothers, Martin Ziegler, Hinzie Ziegler and Roy Ziegler.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Callahan of Odon, David Callahan of Odon and Roberta Richey (Mark) of Elnora; her grandchildren, Melissa Cochrane, Jennifer Cochrane, Andy Cochrane, Jimmy Freed, Sara Egloff (Scott), Marissa Cullison (Vince), Demi Archer and Deion Archer; her sons-in-law, Dave Freed of Odon and Roger Cochrane of Bloomfield; and her siblings, George Ziegler (Ruth Ann) of Loogootee and Margaret Gregory of Brownstown. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meng Family Funeral Home (616 E Elnora St, Odon, IN 47562). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
