It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Riggins of Odon, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thomas and Eula Thomas (Richards); her husband Teddy Riggins; and her siblings, Danny Thomas and Dedra Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Sage Riggins (Nichole) of Odon, Matthew Riggins (Elizabeth) of Linton and Beth Ann Gray (Thomas) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Alexcis, Robert, Bryce, Mason and Emerson.
