It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Riggins of Odon, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thomas and Eula Thomas (Richards); her husband Teddy Riggins; and her siblings, Danny Thomas and Dedra Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Sage Riggins (Nichole) of Odon, Matthew Riggins (Elizabeth) of Linton and Beth Ann Gray (Thomas) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Alexcis, Robert, Bryce, Mason and Emerson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meng Family Funeral Home (616 E Elnora St, Odon, IN 47562). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Hill Cemetery (8608 1400 N, Odon, IN 47562).
