She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred R. Haywood and Martha Alice Haywood (Barker); her husband James F. Kingsley Sr.; and her children, John H. Kingsley, Daniel R. Kingsley III and Jacquelyn Kingsley.
She is survived by: her children, James F. Kingsley Jr. (Connie) of Summerville, Jewel Carmichael (James) of Bloomfield, Indiana and Judie McDaniels (Walter) of Mount Pleasant; and her brother Doyle Haywood (Linda) of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
