He is survived by: his mother Loretta Mae Wadsworth (Orender); his wife Telesa Wadsworth (Forston); his children, Kelly'Matthew' Wadsworth (Angela) and Selena Clifton-Barr; his grandchildren, Hunter, Peighton, Declan, Tori and Ty; his siblings, David Wadsworth (Glenda), Doug Wadsworth (Julie) and Myra Allen (George); his brother-in-law Terry Forston (Leslie); and his son Matthew.
