He is survived by: his wife Martha Bonander (Bradshaw) of Ogden Dunes, Indiana; his children, Cheryl Kennedy (Brian) of Chicago, Lynda Adamson (Daniel) of Chicago and John D. Bonander of Cloverdale, Oregon; his grandchildren, Emily Adamson, Benjamin Adamson, Joseph Adamson, Lucy Adamson, John L. Bonander and Lily Kennedy; and his sister Margery Lundquist (David) of Mission Viejo, California..
