“I will always be grateful for the love and kindness both Joel and Tracy shared with me when I moved to Michigan City in the mid 1980's without knowing anyone in town. Joel was a kind, patient and generous person whom I still think of often, particularly when preparing some of the recipes he wrote out for me (they're kind of yellow now but in our recipe book). His chicken marsala recipe is my wife's favorite. The world was truly blessed to have an angel like Joel among us and he will be missed”
