He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Bailey (Dorman) and Robert B. Bailey; and his brothers, James T. Bailey and William S. Bailey. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Debby (Bill) and Kris (Jim); his cousin Geoff Slaughter (Julie); his sibling's children, Lauren Shipley (Brock), Leslie Marlatt (Adam), Robert Bailey (Jacqueline), Jordan Bailey (Emily Richardson-Rossbach) and Ross Bailey (Jessica); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Henry, Beau, Finn, Zander, Harper, Aubree, Adalyn and Parker.
