We bid farewell to Daryl Lee Boggs of Oldenburg, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 20, 2025 at the age of 72. Daryl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Boggs and Eunice Boggs (Carr); and his close friend Sandy Koch. He is survived by: his children, Karen Patterson (Brad) of Oldenburg and Chris Boggs (Allison) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Cassie, Will, Sam, Annie and Claire; his siblings, Tom Boggs and Pat Flodder (Rick); his former wife Betty Rominger (Moll); Ron Koch and Kendra Niese. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (151 W George St, Batesville, IN 47006). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (3027 Pearl St, Oldenburg, IN 47036).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
