She is survived by: her husband Charles Johnson of Orleans; her daughter Tina Applegate of Salem; her grandchildren, Kyle Rose (Cassie) of Salem, Nicole Blasdel (Brandon) of Petersburg and Phillip Applegate of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Estes Rose, Breckson Rose and Alora Blasdel; and her sisters, Marsha Jackson of Florida and Jeanie Lewellyn (Gene) of Pekin. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
