He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Louise" Bush of Orleans, IN; his children, Patty Tyree (Rick), Anna Powell and Zachary Bush; and his siblings, Paul Bush, James Bush (Tammy), Mike Bush (Juanita), Edna Marlatt, Sharon Baker, Elnore King, Gayle Spadie (Bill), Onita Roach (Jim) and Janet Wisley (Richard). He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
