She was predeceased by : her parents, John Robert and Lorena Stalker (Jones); and her husband Leon H. Cheatham. She is survived by : her sons, Johnny Cheatham (Phyllis) of West Baden, Gary Cheatham (Sharon) of Orleans and Michael Cheatham (Cheryl) of Orleans; and her grandchildren, Brian, Andy, Sara, Karen, Lucas and Lindsey. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Horeb Baptist Church.
