He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence H. Fields and Juanita Fields (Gipson); his former life partner Jan Fields; and his wife Lisa Fields. He is survived by : his children, Dennis L. Fields, Jr. and Jocelynn R. Fields; and his stepsons, Thomas F. Drury and Robert S. McLendon.
