He was predeceased by : his parents, Curtis South and Lottie South (Marcum); and his brothers, Sonny and Donnie South. He is survived by : his children, George Curtis South of Seymour and Crissy Marie Sanders of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Bill South of New Albany, Danny South of New Middleton, Michael South of New Albany, Sandy Miller of Corydon and Douglas South of Shepherdsville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
