He is survived by : his father Michael B Butler; his children, Joshua Scott Butler (Michelle), Ryan Cole Butler, Jason Reynolds and Bryan Moldrem; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Hayden and Jackson; and his brother Roger Alan Butler (Anna).
