He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Rush and Viola Rush (Spriggs); and his brother Dewayne. He is survived by : his wife Carol Rush (Coffey); his daughters, Kymberlie Gee (Eric) of Hinsdale and Heather Wulf of San Marcos, California; and his grandchildren, Kyrstin, James, Keegan, Gwendalyn, Logan and Gauyn.
