She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollen Cecil and Nora Etta Blake (Roberts); her husband William Bland Fletcher; and her brother John Edward Blake. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kay Blake of Orleans, William Arthur Fletcher (Rita) of Orleans and Mark David Fletcher (Xenia) of McDonough, Georgia; and her grandson Allen Smith. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chastain Funeral Home (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Bass Cemetery.
