With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alan P Burger of Osceola, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alan left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Burger (Billy Joe Burger) and Billy Joe Burger; and his in-laws, Dorothy and Sid Spohn. He is survived by: his wife Donna Burger; his children, Melissa Burger, Alicia Weaver, Emily Swanson (Scott), Alan Burger (Bridgette) and Aaron Burger (Nikolet); and his siblings, Bill Burger (Cindy) and Karen Burger. He is also survived by 12 beautiful grandchildren and 2 precious great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (https://heroes.vfw.org) (VFW) in honor of Alan's service and commitment to fellow veterans.
