It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernarr B. Berkland of Osceola, Indiana, born in Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving Berkland and Elinor Berkland (Perry); his former wife Terri Strantz; his wife Denise Klopfenstein; his son Eric Berkland of Newport Richey, Florida.; his siblings, Bretta Stanley of Sullivan and Bruce Berkland of Hobe Sound; his pets, Angel and Binky; his father-in-law James Huston of Mishawaka; his sisters-in-law, Lori Bonnici of Schaumburg and Jennifer Schaeffer (Brad) of Westfield; his nephews, Phil Stanley (Sarai) of Indianapolis and Anthony Bonnici of Schaumburg; his niece Mikaela Bonnici of Sacramento; his great-niece Gwendolyn; and his great-nephew Stefan.
