He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn White; his children, Sean Evans of Osceola, Rachel Amy Evans-Tribble of Elkhart and Dan Evans (Elizabeth) of South Bend; his grandson Peyton Tribble of Elkhart; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Evans of Osceola, Dorothy Rupert of South Bend and David Freehling of South Bend.
In his memory, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
