She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Wurtsbaugh and Ida Wurtsbaugh (Kimmel); her sister Cindy Perkins; and her daughter-in-law Mindy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gordon G. Smith of Osceola; her children, Tamra Beachy (Donald), Michael Smith and Crystal (Doug); and her siblings, Wilber D. "DeWayne" Wurtsbaugh, Karen Lower and Donald "Kenny" Wurtsbaugh.
