He is survived by: his wife Pam Crum; his daughters, Jennifer Carlson (Troy), Brianna Spradlin (Dylan) and Angela Bunton (Drake Allen); his stepson Scott Burger (Deb); his grandsons, Jaxson and Lincoln Spradlin; and his sister Carol Yarbough.
