He is survived by: his parents, Gwen Colley and Stacey Locke; his uncle William Locke Jr. (Evan); his fiancé Carmyn Pollock; his daughter Nova June Locke; his siblings, Karis Colley, Riley Hancock (Colley), Jennifer Locke, Aubrey Colley and Tyler Locke; and his grandfather Allen Colley.
Evan's employer, Dytech Autogroup, has set up the Evan Locke Family Fund on gofundme for memorial contributions.
