He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Edward and Elna Irene Horvath (Makela); his siblings, Gail Early of Phoenix, Arizona and David Horvath of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Kristen Horvath and Jordan Cahall; and his former wife Sharon Horvath.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Horvath; his children, Kevin D. Horvath (Becky), Kelly M. Cahall (Steve), Laura Bennett and Rob Bennett (Niki); his grandchildren, Kevin Horvath Jr., Brandon Reasonover (Amanda), Elisabeth Bennett, Brian Bennett (Susan) and Brady Bennett; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Reasonover, Leo Cahall, Graham Bennett and John Bennett.
