With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Judith Jane Morse of Osceola, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Judith Jane left this world on August 7, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sheehan and Ruth Sheehan (Kelly); and her siblings, Bill (Diana), Jack (Janna), Tom Sheehan (Suzanne) and Jill Hornet (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Judy, Mary Claire Galloway (Tim) of Osceola, Molly Morse of Niles, MI, Stephen Morse (Kristina) of Comstock Park, MI, Francie Burkhard (Brian) of San Rafael, CA, Peter Morse of Sea Tac, WA and Michael Morse of South Bend; her grandchildren, Kadi Wood, Courtney, Riley (Maggie), Luke Galloway, Sam, Marijane, Nicole, Lauren, Maggie Huber, Ruby, Calvin Burkhard, Gus and Edie Morse; her great grandchildren, Sabine, Jonah, Hudson, Hazel and Gatlin; her friends, Sharon Melton and Ann Basil; and her sisters-in-law, Janna, Diana Sheehan and Kitty Duncan. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (4508 Vistula Rd, Mishawaka, IN 46544). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (2257 Portage Ave, South Bend, IN 46616).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy's honor to St Margaret's House or Christ Child Society of South Bend.
